United Auto Workers' Illinois

The International Union of Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Employment Workers of America (UAW) region 4 headquarters is located in Lincolnshire, IL. UAW members are predominately in manufacturing, but some are in the service sector. UAW supports legislation to require employers applying for tax incentives and state loans or grants to include specific job creation goals and timelines in their proposals. UAW also supports efforts to provide workers with affordable health care.

United Auto Workers' Illinois is a career patron of Lt. Gov. Pat Quinn (D), Attorney General Lisa Madigan (D), and Senate President Emil Jones (D).
