John Roeser and the Family Taxpayers Network

John Roeser, a Barrington, IL resident, is President of the Family Taxpayers Network, headquartered in Carpentersville, and owner of Otto Engineering. In 1994, Roeser unsuccessfully ran for Illinois Governor against Jim Edgar.
