John Roeser and the Family Taxpayers Network
John Roeser, a Barrington, IL resident, is President of the Family
Taxpayers Network, headquartered in Carpentersville, and owner of
Otto Engineering. In 1994, Roeser unsuccessfully ran for Illinois
Governor against Jim Edgar. The Family Taxpayers Network's primary
issues include the redistribution of school funding, gun rights,
