Jim Oberweis Family & Companies

Jim Oberweis owns Oberweis Dairy and Oberweis Asset Management. He sought the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2002 and again in 2004, and in 2006 he sought the Republican nomination for Governor. Other politically active family members include Julie Oberweis, a manager at Stratigent, who gave exclusively to Jim OberweisÕ gubernatorial bid. Stratigent bills itself as a website analytics consulting company. Nearly three-fourths of the funds for his 2006 gubernatorial campaign came from the candidate or his family.
