Illinois Bankers Association

The Illinois Bankers Association, (IBA) is a trade association representing banks of all asset sizes. Membership includes community and regional banks and holding companies, savings associations, savings banks and trust companies. The IBA supports regulatory relief, expanded banking powers and liability protections

The Illinois Bankers Association is a career patron of Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka, Senate President Emil Jones and House Republican Leader Tom Cross.

From January 1, 1993 through June 30, 2006, Illinois Bankers Association gave $2,992,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office, 54% of which was contributed to Republicans.
