The Chicago-based law firm of Deutsch, Levy & Engel concentrates

recently won a suit against the City of Chicago's ban on billboard
advertising of tobacco and alcohol. Deutsch, Levy & Engel has
received over $957,750 in state contracts for legal work since 1998.
From 1993 to 2001, Deutsch, Levy & Engel contributed $134,752
to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative
office, 92% of which was contributed to Republicans.
