Desnick, James
James Desnick is a physician who lives in Highland Park, Illinois.
From 1995 to 2000, Desnick was placed on probation and fined $100,000
by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation for violating
provisions of the Medical Practice Act. In 2000, he settled a suit
for $14 million in federal court on charges of fraud and over-billing
in connection with Hyde Park Hospital.
