that specializes in finance and technology reorganization. Spectrum-Maximus
is involved with the Illinois Department of Children and Family
Services, helping to implement the Statewide Automated Child Welfare
Information System (SACWIS) - a database of Illinois child welfare
and foster care programs.
George C. Casey is a career patron of unsuccessful gubernatorial
candidate Roland Burris (D).
