21st Century Leadership Fund

The 21st Century Leadership Fund was a political action committee that operated from July 31, 1997 through January 30, 2003, when it dissolved. Steve Rosen, of Springfield, Illinois, was the PAC's chairman.

From 1993 through December 31, 2002, 21st Century Leadership Fund gave $305,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office, all of which was contributed to Democrats.
