Metra and the Regional Transportation Authority are failing to disclose information from reports and audits prompted by the scandal involving Metra's former chief, a legislator said Monday.
State Sen. Susan Garrett also says the agencies are paying accountants, lawyers and a public relations firm $1.7 million but have "little to show for it."
The transit agencies deny they are withholding information and are taking issue with Garrett's credibility.
