Our friends at the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute are co-hosting a conference in Springfield next Monday, How state government can most effectively, responsibly and fairly assure there are adequate revenues to address critical needs in education, health care, human services and pension funding is the focus of their April 16 conference, which is open to the public at no charge.
