2006 Election Page
In our never-ending efforts to make election information easier to understand, ICPR has created a one-stop shopping page on our website to present useful information about the upcoming primary elections.  Want to know where the candidates stand on reform?  Want to know who's funding them, and how they spend their money?  Want to know what kind of judges the candidates in your area will make?  Visit our new 2006 Election page.

Breakfast @ 65 West
Our friends at the Union League Club have put together a great panel on media for Tuesday, February 28th.  "The Editorial Page and Its Relevance to the Political Process" is the first in a new series of breakfast meetings.  It will feature Bruce Dold of the Tribune, Steve Huntley of the Sun-Times, Dave Beery of the Daily Herald, and Ed Koziarski of the Southtown.  Roosevelt Prof. Paul Green will moderate.  Contact Dave Kohn at the Club's Public Affairs Office (312-435-5945) or online at www.65west.org if you're interested.  There is a small fee for this event.

ICPR Spotcheck is a publication of The Illinois Campaign for Political Reform, a non-partisan public interest group that educates, conducts research, and advocates reforms to promote public participation in government, address the role of money in politics, and encourage integrity, accountability, and transparency in government.
