Scott Aviation operated corporate and charter jets out of the DuPage Airport in West Chicago. Most Scott Aviation contributions were in-kind donations in the form of flights around the state.

Scott Aviation is a career patron of unsuccessful Attorney General candidate Joseph Birkett (R). Since 2005, Scott Aviation has given exclusively to DuPage County State's Attorney Joe Birkett (R). Scott Aviation has given a total of $13,000 between 2005-2008 to SA Birkett. Roughly $12,000 of which has been in-kind contributions related to travel.

From 1993 to June 30, 2002, Scott Aviation contributed $59,000 to candidates for Illinois statewide constitutional and legislative office, all to Republicans.
