Centrum Properties is a Chicago real estate development firm. Founded in 1980, the firm is one of the largest developers of Walgreens in the Midwest. Its portfolio includes residential, retail and commercial projects in metropolitan Chicago, Washington D.C., Manhattan, Hollywood Beach, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Sarasota, Boynton Beach, Boston, St. Louis, Kansas City, and San Francisco. Centrum Properties is currently overseeing 18 different residential, commercial and land development projects in Illinois, including the 3-tower CityFront Plaza luxury condominium to be constructed a half block east of Michigan Avenue.
