Conlon, Sean

Sean Conlon, an Irish émigré, is the founder of Conlon & Company, a bank focused on real estate issues. Affiliated companies include Connaught Real Estate Finance, LLC, which provides financing for large residential real estate developments; Near North National Title, LLC; SR Commercial Real Estate Advisors, LLC; Van & Conlon, LLC, vacation home developer; and Conlon & Co. (based in Ireland). Sean Conlon is a career patron of former Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias (D).
