McCain-Feingold in Jeapordy?
The historic federal campaign finance reform bill, passed in 2002 and upheld in its entirety by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2003, is under attack and needs help.

The Pence-Wynn bill (HR1316), now awaiting a final vote in the U.S. House of Representatives, would raise the limits on special interest giving to candidates and national parties, turn state parties into conduits for national interests and increase the number of groups that can denounce candidates without disclosing the source of their funds.  Nothing in the bill would enhance voter confidence in elections.

This measure would unravel the most significant federal campaign finance reforms of the past 30 years.  For more information about the proposal, please visit any or all of the links below.   Please express your position on this legislation in letters to Members of Congress and to your local newspapers.
