“Campaign fundraising from all candidates in the primary until now totals more than $200 million in contributions, according to the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform. Not all of that has been spent. For instance, of that $200 million, roughly $39 million belonging to Gov. Bruce Rauner is sitting in his account.
Still it’s only June and the bloodiest chapter of this war is ahead.”
